Emelda is our CEO and Property Manager. She was born into a multinational home. She is well learned with diverse professional licenses and degrees ranging from Real Estate Agent to an MBA . She possesses a long standing experience in flourishing businesses. With residential and commercial property, she actualized a long passion in real estate. In 2018, she officially launched Transmaw Property Management. When she is not a CEO, she is a wife and a mother.
